If you purchase a product from the website, your card information is not held by Us, it is collected by our third-party payment processors, who specialize in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.

How long will the information be kept?

I (Linda Scotti, Director, The Leadership Change Catalyst Ltd) will keep Your session notes with your initials for 5 years after the session has finished.

Financial information/invoices will be kept for seven years.

Contracts and e-mail exchanges between us will be kept for ten years; unless you ask for them to be deleted sooner.

EMCC may look at coaching logs to verify our coaching hours. I will ask your permission to include your name and email address in there. I (Linda Scotti, Director, The Leadership Change Catalyst Ltd) will keep this log for as long as I am a credentialed coach.
