What Is This Program?

The Grow coaching package is tailored for mid-senior managers seeking to enhance specific competencies crucial for their success. It includes six 60-minute sessions conducted over six months.

[Optional] Throughout the coaching journey, the leader's manager, direct reports, peers, and business partners will be invited to offer their perspectives.

What Is Included?

  • 6 x 60-minute conversations with a specific focus on 1-2 competencies and goals of your choice. Common areas of development are communication, conflict resolution, influencing, delegation, strategic decision-making, stakeholder management, and self-awareness.

  • Resources and exercises.

  • Two assessments that pinpoint your strengths and areas of development.

  • Email/text support throughout the program.

The Thrive coaching package is an immersive year-long journey for mid-senior leaders aspiring to reach their full potential. It comprises twelve monthly 60-minute sessions and includes the Positive Intelligence® 6-week program.

[Optional] Throughout the coaching journey, the leader's manager, direct reports, peers, and business partners will be invited to offer their perspectives.

What Is Included?

  • 12 x 60-minute conversations with a specific focus on 2-3 competencies and goals of your choice. Common areas of development are communication, conflict resolution, influencing, delegation, strategic decision-making, stakeholder management, and self-awareness.

  • The Positive Intelligence® 6-week program and access to the app for 12 months.
